Believe it or not. I am a strange creation of God. I love to eat but don't love to cook, I love to wear gym wear but don't like a gym.
But with my son's gradual demand of eating junk food almost every day, I thought to give it a try to cook his favourite dishes.
Since I do not like cooking, so I find ways to cook in the shortest time. Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
Boiled black dal - 1/2 cup
Butter
Onion paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato Puree- 1 tbsp
Salt - no salt is required if the butter is salted
Method:
In a frying pan, put some butter to fry the onion paste, and ginger garlic paste to brownish tint.
Add tomato puree after that and give a good stir.
Now add the pre-boiled black dal. Stir for 10 sec, add 1/2 cup of water and then cover it for a minute.
As the water gets soaked and the gravy becomes thicker. Turn off the gas.
Pour the whole kali dal into a serving bowl and top it with a butter cube for decoration and flavour.
